We’ll call this one the strawberry green stress reliever.
Strawberries like many other fruits from the berry plant, contain large doses of antioxidants and especially the likes of anthocyanins type 2 and ellagitannins. These are the pigments that cause the strawberries to go red and have oxygen quenching abilities.
When it comes to topping up our health and vitality strawberries are one of the best fruits available for this. So lets get started with our stress busting green smoothie. The strawberry is going to add vital vitamins as well as taste. When using raw greens you can use a wide range for variety. I particularly like Kale
So lets add the following ingredients
2 tablespoons of hemp seed
5 Kale leaves
1 pitted peach
2 Cups of strawberries
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 cups of ice (Just to add that extra coolness)
