You should essentially start your diet with a thorough detoxification. This would usually take place from 3 to 21 days. Some would even go 30 days. There are a number of different approaches for the detoxification but the diet is almost the same. You need to clean out your system first if you intend to carry on with a new diet regime. The detoxification can also serve as the trial period for your diet. Since like I said it is relatively the same, you should be able to find any faults that you may need to adjust. Do not forget that you will be using this regularly after the detoxification process. You should also be able to find some preferences in terms of the vegetable or greens that you would want on your meals. Also do not underestimate the power of the food processor.
