One of the negative impacts caused by the industrial revolution on human body is the increase amount of toxic gases and element in the world. No matter where you live and what you eat, you are not safe of such   toxic material like, led, nickel, cadmium and mercury. Apart from the environment It is everywhere, in the food we eat, the water we drink and the cloth we wear. Also   you need to drink pure water frequently to detoxify your body naturally. Pure or spring water is a good source of natural detox. The other thing you could do is to take a bath, try to cover most of body particularly when you are in city or working in a factory.

 

It is also recommended to do regular exercise and let your body sweat, because it is one of the best and natural detox techniques.   Eat more fruit, and drink additional juices. You will notice a present change in yourself. Another important thing that can help detoxify your body is vitamin B. eat food, fruits or organic vegetables that contains large number of vitamin B. so the bottom line is that these toxic elements are harmful, and effecting our life. The same way there are ways to limit or minimize toxic effects on us; we need to be aware of the danger of such element in our environment. The more we are aware the better we can protect ourselves form the negative effect of such toxic elements.
