Living healthy with live food

Different diets are currently offered nowadays by countless of different companies. What do you want to achieve? This is one question that you need to answer for yourself before you go about looking at the market shelf for your next diet. I have nothing against the signature diets out there but I just find it to constricting. Not all people have the same body chemistry which would allow losing weight in the optimal level when you start a diet. What I would like to press on is going back to the basics. Live food is what we should be looking into. This is more focused on vegetables. If you cook your food you dissolve the enzymes that help you digest it.

 

If you heat your food, this is the time it dies down and it will eventually get rid of the enzymes or the life force of the food. Live food can be your ticket to better health. Your body may need some getting used to depending on the case. Take a look back and see how you went about eating. After you consume your last 35 meals, which one of those you actually ate because it was healthy and how many did you consume just because it was easier? If you are living a busy life, I am willing to bet that what you have eaten out of comfort is way more that what was healthy. This is the way of thinking that we really need to get rid of. There is a fair chance that the food you chose because it was right there within your reach is quite unhealthy. One guilty factor of unhealthiness is frying. We all love fried food. There is a special love if it is deep fried food. Oil may not be all that bad for you. If an establishment uses its oil over and over again, that is the time we really have to be alarmed.

 

This is where live food will really come in quite handy. If we have gotten used to fast food with their greasy burger and fries, then it is really time for a change. This is a dire change that we need to make. We are not going to be as healthy as we want to be if we stick to the calorie packed grease ball that some establishments pass of as food. Think about it, no better time to do this but now.
