Natural food
No doubt food is the basic necessity for all living being. It is of course the biggest source of energy. In a broader sense, “anything that can be eaten, and can fulfill the requirement of energy for living being is called as food”. Being a human, we need food on daily basis to fulfill our requirement of energy. Food can be divided in many categories and terms. Like organic food, natural food, cooked food, traditional food and so on. Now we will discuss variety of such foods and its benefits to human being in particular.
Food must be healthy and hygienic. These days we are noticing a lot of food recipes on different TV channels.
