Green Plant Food
There are a lot of ways in starting a diet. If you found something that already works for you then you should continue. On the other hand some other people may still be having trouble not knowing how to go about starting a healthy diet. You can do this on your own. Instead of looking into those expensive diets you see on TV, start with something simple and cheap. Go back to basics. Avoid over complicating some things that may eventually land you a diet that does not even work for your body chemistry. The simpler it is, the less likely it is going to fail. Start with green plant food. You are not mistaken, I am talking about vegetables. Eating green may be a challenge at first but this is a surefire way of starting a healthier you.
Take a look at how you have been eating for the last 7 days and count how many meals you have had that you can consider healthy.
If you can answer that more than half of your meals are healthy then I congratulate you. It is really hard to eat healthy nowadays. We are faced with the challenge of availability as well as comfort. If you think about it, green plant food has been around ever since but we tend to ignore it. There are a lot of things that has taken its place in the name of comfort. Why not ask yourself when was the last time you prepared a salad? This is relatively easy to prepare. You don’t even have to be a gourmet cook to pull it off. All you need are your green vegetables and a healthy dressing and you are good to go. Green plant food should start being a part of your grocery list.
It is finally time to clean your body of the toxins you have ingested over the years you take your body for granted. It has always been about the taste. When was the last time you checked the nutritional value of a food item before eating it? When was the last time you recommended a restaurant to someone else just because they serve healthy food? When was the last time you ate something because you know it is healthy? I bet it has been a while and I assure you it is time that you pay attention to it before it becomes your only choice of food.
