And without enough calcium for the growth of bones, kids would not be able to grow taller. Moreover, adults would also have weakened bones and this would lead to illness called rickets.

Therefore, it would be very useful for people to have the green drinks regularly. Nowadays, the life of people in the city is very busy and people would hardly find enough time to eat vegetables. They even do not have enough time to have their lunch and they could just eat sandwiches. Therefore, making the green drinks could allow people to have the nutrients conveniently. They do not need to wait for the lunch hour and have the vegetables.

Instead, they could drink the green drinks conveniently and enjoy the nutrients included.If is not difficult for people to make the green drinks. They just need to include the different types of vegetables or fruits that they want to have and use the blender to make the drink. Normally, they are not advised to add sugar because adding too much sugar would cause other health problems such as diabetics.
