Did you know that you can still be malnourished even though you are eating plenty of food? When it comes to food more is definitely not better for us. It has created the massive diet industry so I guess it’s good for the economy in a sad way. Some studies show that in America over 60 percent of us are taking a vitamin so we must know that our diets are not doing the job.
