The basic green smoothie recipe
This is what I recommend for starting out this should make about a litre of pure wholefood goodness.
1 or 2 Fresh and ripe bannanas
1/2 cup of your choice of another kind of fruit. (Rasberry,Pineapple,Peach,Mango)
1 1/2 cup fresh greens:
(3kale, 2chard leaves, handful spinach)
1 pint (Dilute this to the consistiency you need)
You could always add 2 or more dates with pips for added sweetness.
