A new Life’s Motto: Green for Life
Starting to get healthy is quite challenging. May this be a choice that we made or because we really have to it is going to be hard. We may have started to take this for granted when we get caught up with a number of things that we have to do in a daily basis. A lot of things can start all of the same time and we may lose track of the one thing that is really important, our own well being. I recommend we start anew and cry out green for life. This is just basically going back to what our parents have been asking us to do back when we were kids; eat your vegetables. Even if you ask a number of dietician, too much of the right vegetable will never ever be bad for you. The question is will you actually go out and make it a regular diet?
If you are a big fan of salads then you should not have much of a problem adjusting to this kind of concept. This time instead of having salads because you feel like it, make it something of a regular meal. Going green for life does not just apply to what you think of the environment. This is also good for you. You may have been contemplating on the idea for quite some time now. You may see this as a problem since you do not know how or where to start. Do not forget that you are doing this for yourself therefore it is important to start this from you. Take a look at how you have been eating for the past days. I am quite sure you will find a thing or two that is worth getting rid of. I am sure you have some food items that you go for every once in a while. The question is how often is it?
Green for life as it suggests requires a total overhaul of what you got used to. You should start with a 3 to 21 days of detoxification diet before moving forward. This will serve as the cleansing of your toxins that may have been stuck in your body for a long time. Consider this as the strong start of living healthy. This can also serve as your trial period. You should be able to find how your body will react to the new diet so you can then precede to a healthier you.
