There are a number of different diets currently out today. A number of which are signature ones that is really extensive in terms of monitoring your daily intake of carbohydrates and proteins. The question is what if you cannot afford the signature diets? If your answer is no, I have 2 words for you; eat raw. The first thing I would want you to do is look back and see how your diet has been in the past. How are you able to go through every single day? What kind of food do you prefer? How do you go about choosing the food that you are going to eat? Is it based in preference or convenience? These are the things that you would need to think about and probably change.

Before you really go about starting your raw food diet, you may want to think about the starting a detoxification diet first. This will allow your body to get accustomed to the new diet you are about to introduce. Your ability to adjust will depend on how your former diet is dependent on the different types of food that you will be avoiding. There is a tendency that your body may reject the diet at first especially if you are undergoing detoxification. This can come unpleasant at times if you your raw food diet are a far cry from your current diet.

If you are still uncomfortable, you can consult a local dietician so that you can have more confidence in the diet. You can also make sure that your body will be able to adjust properly to it. If you like salads, you should have any problems adjusting to the raw food diet. Salad alone has a number of different approaches and you should be able to make a different one each day. You can still heat up your veggies from 104 to 118 degrees Fahrenheit if you are still having trouble adjusting.

The concept of the raw food diet is based on the principle that veggies lose nutrients as they are cooked. If you want to get the full nutrients of the veggies, you would have to ingest them raw. If you are not a big fan of vegetables in the first place, you do not have to worry since there are ways around this. You can use food processors or a simple blender. You will be able to make a puree out of your vegetables. It may be processed but you will still be able to get the full nutrients. Do not also underestimate the capability of a juicer. You can also make juice out of your vegetables. This alone should really expand your menu. There are a lot of ways you can play around with a smoothie, puree or juice. There are a number of raw spices that you can use to improve the taste of your meals. You can use cinnamon or vanilla sticks that could really make a difference on your food. So go ahead and start your diet with something as simple as eating raw.
